I am 6′4″. What size road bike should I get? Where can I get one for about 300 to 500 dollars?

I have a 21.5 inch Felt Q620 mountain bike but I want to get a road bike as well in the near future. What size do you reflect would be best? Also, I would like one to be at a reasonable fee. Thanks.
