Clean it first with the material, then apply another coat.
Use chain oil for the chain something like End Line Cross Counrty or a chain saw bar oil. For cables use a lite oil like Tri-Flow.

just use any chain lube, they sell some ok ones at walmart and butt or any bike store will have some….
Any stout designed for chains. On my mountain bike, I have had excellent luck chainsaw chain oil, you can buy a lifetime supply for less than $5
