It broke and I can not find any for sale with that name. Is that a generic name. I found 6 different altus derailleurs but none with the A20 on it.
What can I do besides consult with a bike shop. I was hoping to peacefulness the part online and save a trip the bike shop.

any shimano altus 8 speed derailleur will work fine for you! We don’t involve the lower end anything at my shop either, the lowest we involve is Deore in Shimano (we could peacefulness it though) Don’t worry about the a20 it is just a part # on this particular model you have and of no real relevance here. Any 7-8 speed derailleur will work for you fine!
Now is the time to upgrade to an Alivio or Deore derailleur. just find one with the same mount.
