Well 1 key spec is missing – the bike’s frame size. Lacking knowing the size it’s impossible to establish if it would fit.
It’s amusing that it states: “Seat Post: Straight” I don’t reflect I’ve EVER read that one before… yet no frame size???
And I don’t mean to question you but you’re 6-5 and you have a 32 inseam??? I have honestly small legs for my size a 31″ inseam and I’m 5-8.
I doubt very much that you are 6′ 5″ and have a 32 inch inseam you need to check it here.

I would say the bike would be too small for you. At your height you will only get a excellent fit at a bike shop.
Bicycles arent one size fits all like the department supplies and walmart make you believe. A bike shop will have each model that will come in a range of sizes backed by service and fitting. Go to your bike shop if you want a bike that will fit you and you will delight in riding for many years to come or go to walmart and but a toy bike that most likely wont fit well with no service with it that will be a fizture in you garage then the dump for many years to come.
26″ refers to the wheel size. A typical person 6′5″ wants a 20-22 inch frame mountain bike, as measured by the distance between the bottom bracket (that is the crank housing) and the top of the seat tube. I’m 5′11″ and have a 31 inch inseam, so I too question your inseam measurement. My bike has a 19″ frame and is a touch too huge. Michael Phelps has small legs relative to his torso, so you could be accurate in your measurement. If that’s the case, then you want a frame size of 18-19 inches.
