Take it from an IH connoisseur, get the 07 model it is just slightly better speced’ and these two bikes are commonly the same in each position and would do you well either way. The deals are better when the bike is an grown-up year model and most companies have lowered the specs overall on their models since 07. I own both an 07 MKIII and Azure WC 06′ and have owned several other lower end IH too, 1.3, 4.5, and warrior expert. All excellent bikes and I still have the first two. The two you have picked were made exclusively for rscycle and are excellent quality bikes too, just not supported on IH website for this reason.
They’re spec’d very nearly just so the same, except the 2007 has a better rear derailleur. I’d go with the 2007, simply since I like the color better.
i would go for the second one it has a better fork a better bottom bracket and a better rear deraliure
