I have a 1960 JC Penny Womens bike and everything is original except for the pedals. A small rusty, but otherwise it’s in fantastic condition. Riding in the bike lane on a level road, how long would it take me to ride 4 miles? About 80 F weather, I’m a 13 year ancient girl. I’ve only ever road 1 mile before (just around the locality). Can I do it?

My guess is 40 min.
Place some oil onto the inside of the chain and then wipe off as much as you can. If your chain is rusty, it will squeal and you will not ride as quickly. You will doubtless ride your 4 miles in just under 30 minutes.
