I would first suggest (if you are on a budget) to get a excellent bike fit on your roadie and attach some aero bars. You can get a seatpost that puts you in the tri-specific positioning. Total cost would be around $300 including the bike fit.
If you have the money to spend I would suggest any of the bikes in the 46cm-49cm range. You need to ride some — for at least 20 miles — prior to buy. It’s a lot of money to drop on a bike to realize you really rather aluminum to carbon….Again a qualified bike fit is absolutely necessary. I’ve seen $8000 bikes with $5 bike fits where the cyclist’s knees looked like they were hitting ribs with each pedal stroke.
Also know that when you buy a bike, up your sleeve from the bike fit you’re going to need a gender specific seat.
Bike fit is more vital than brand. Get last year’s model or a model 2 years ancient. There isn’t much difference between a 2006 and a 2010 except a 2006 is 1/4 the fee.
You force try a Terry. Women’s specific bikes available in sizes like yours.

Place aero bars on either one, and you’d have a fantastic bike.
